June 1 - Closing Reception for Freedom Clay’s re-imagined Kitchen Table Series: Paying Homage to Carrie Mae Weems. I’m still basking in the glow that was the opening reception for this exhibit on March 30th. Though the aesthetic theme was black and white, the space felt bathed in warm sunshine filled to the brim with folks sharing stories, memories and laughter guided by the photographic journey the artists has displayed on the walls of the space. Join us for this closing reception at 7pm to make new memories.
